Using his unique and entertaining style of teaching ultrasound, Tom Baker will take attendees around the canine and feline abdomen in a way that will leave them confident they can do ultrasound effectively and efficiently. This lecture preps attendees for the hands on ultrasound laboratory to follow, but will be enlightening in itself and worth attending even if not taking the lab.

Thomas Baker, author of “What’s That ?! A Beginner’s Guide to Veterinary Abdominal Ultrasound” and “What’s Next? A Guide to Veterinary Ultrasound of the Eye, Neck, and Shoulder and Guided Sampling Techniques” is well known for his entertaining and hugely effective style of teaching ultrasound. He lectures nationally and internationally about the topic.

Dr. Johnson is an Associate Professor of Clinical Surgical & Radiological Sciences at the University of California, Davis. His specialty focus is Diagnostic Imaging.
