It’s always the same story—a small practice, trusted employees and cash or inventory that keeps disappearing. This session includes a discussion of the reasons people steal and how to minimize it happening in your practice, how to identify the weaknesses in your practice that give employees the opportunity to steal and how to design a system and internal controls that discourage theft and increase the likelihood of discovery.
