How Difficult Clients Can Help You Live a Better Life

Wednesday, October 11, 2017
3:30 PM to 5:00 PM

In my compassion fatigue seminars and workshops I hear over and over the challenges in dealing with difficult clients. They can be rude, unappreciative, demanding, needy, self-righteous, accusatory, spiteful, ignorant, fearful and anxious to name a few. Over time this can take a toll on us. But the circumstances of your life do not create your feelings, your thoughts do. Managing your mind is the most important skill you can learn. This session will teach you how to do so!
