Creating Boundaries: How to Recover from People Pleasing

Wednesday, October 11, 2017
1:30 PM to 3:00 PM

According to research professor and best-selling author, Brené Brown, the most compassionate people are also the most boundaried. Boundaries are about protecting ourselves, what's ok with us and what's not ok with us. Most of us are ineffective at setting and enforcing boundaries because we care too much about what others think or will say. Consequently we end up resentful, angry, frustrated and feeling taken advantage of. This session will put an end to that!
