Compassion satisfaction is the pleasure we derive from our work. This is the positive aspects of the job and usually what drew us to the profession in the first place. Compassion satisfaction can actually help shield us from the negative affects (compassion fatigue) if we are aware of it, recognize it and know how to cultivate it consistently. This session will show you how.
